Meet Our Founder - Ms. Aarti Sinha
“Ms. Aarti Sinha’s journey from the world of science to early childhood education is a story of passion, purpose, and the deep love of a mother. Holding a Master’s degree in Biotech–nology, she began her career as a cancer researcher in a leading pharmaceutical company. Later, she joined the prestigious Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the DNA Fingerprinting Department in New Delhi, where she contributed to solving critical cases using her scienti ic expertis After her marriage, Ms. Aarti Sinha moved to Mumbai and soon welcomed her irst
child, a daughter. Like any devoted mother, she began searching for the perfect preschool for her daughter’s early education. To her surprise and disappointment, she found that many preschools lacked a true understanding of the importance of the early years. Most schools were simply engaging children with digital devices, justifying it as modern education. Deeply concerned about the negative impact this could have on her child’s development, Ms. Sinha knew that her daughter—and many other children—deserved better.
It was in that moment she decided to become an edupreneur, committed to serving society by creating a preschool that truly understood the importance of a child’s early years. She realized that the foundation of a good human being is laid during preschool, and no amount of digital education could replace the values, sanskars, and nurturing care a child needs at that stage. Driven by this vision, she founded Kidz Junction in May 2022, with just two students—one
being her own daughter.
With a belief in the holistic development found in the Gurukul system, Ms. Sinha integrated traditional values, sanskars (good moral behavior), and a focus on the overall emotional and intellectual growth of children. She was determined to give children a strong foundation that could prepare them for life, not just academics. In a short span of 2.5 years, Kidz Junction has grown to 55 students, many of whom have successfully gained admission into prestigious secondary schools. The solid foundation provided at Kidz Junction has not only prepared them academically but also shaped them into compassionate, conident individuals.”
